Comics critic Douglas Wolk (“All of the Marvels”) and guests take a weekly trip through the Marvel Comics history of Doctor Doom: hero of Latveria, master of science and sorcery, roboticist supreme, and arch-rival of the Fantastic Four’s accursed Reed Richards. The Voice of Latveria is a project of the Cynthia Von Doom Memorial Foundation. Our motto: “We will always tell you the truth… as Doom sees it.”
Each week JMC will host one of the voiceover industry’s most interesting personalities for a casual freestyle chat that encompasses more than just business, digging deep into the guest’s backstory and pulling back the curtain on how they became the person they are today.

After 15 years of running The Sketchbook Project, we’ve accumulated over 50,000 sketchbooks that live in our permanent collection at Brooklyn Art Library. Our collection embodies the age old expression, “Don’t Judge a Book By It’s Cover!” Each kraft colored book that you pull down holds a story that is as unique as the individual. Part of the magic of our library is that you never know just what you’ll find as you explore the books throughout our shelves.
As employees of Brooklyn Art Library, our days are consumed with the collection. While our daily lives are surrounded by interacting with and preserving The Sketchbook Project, each book is only a glimpse of an artist’s experience frozen in time. It often makes us wonder…What is the impact of our project? Do our participants remember it often or is it something they send off and never think about again? Where are they now and how has their work evolved or lives changed after this experience?
These questions sparked our Founder and Managing Director, Steven Peterman and Associate Creative Director, Autumn Farina to explore the collection through getting to know the artists behind these stories. Like our collection, this podcast is versatile! Each episode features participants from our community as we discover the stories behind their books through different themes, formats and topics.
We hope you embark on this journey with us and become just as inspired as we are by the stories that unfold through each episode. Together, we will learn more about the collection from the eyes of the creators themselves and unveil what was really going on when they shared their story with The Sketchbook Project.
A podcast for former comic and beloved film historian LexG to just ramble on and reminisce about beloved movie favorites, with the occasional new review.
“In Plain Sight: Lady Bird Johnson” presents a surprising and original portrait of Lady Bird Johnson, told in the former first lady’s own words — from over 123 hours of her White House audio diaries, heard here largely for the first time ever. It recasts Lady Bird’s role in the Johnson White House as her husband’s closest advisor and most trusted political partner and provides history-making revelations about LBJ’s time in office. It’s the story of how one vastly underestimated woman navigated the power, politics and polarization of her era to become one of the most influential members of the Johnson administration… even if we never knew it. An eight-part series from ABC Audio & Best Case Studios. Hosted by New York Times bestselling author Julia Sweig.
A lawyer turned funtrepreneur’s investigation into how some of the world’s most inspiring people find their “yay”, whether it’s through work, rest or play and any other pearls of wisdom they have along the way.

There are celebrity interviews, and there are life-changing conversations. On Question Everything, you get both. Journalist Danielle Robay has a rare gift: she makes people feel safe + seen enough to tell the truth. Every week, she draws out the stories the world’s most fascinating people rarely get to tell– the heartbreaks, the risks, the controversies, the beliefs they had to unlearn to become who they are and every now and then, their thoughts on the Bravoverse. You’ll come for their story. You’ll leave rethinking your own.
