Big Mama’s House Podcast | A Podcast for Teens

** Big Mama’s House Podcast - a podcast for teens is written and hosted by Jesse Weinberger (Internet Safety Speaker for Schools)

Big Mama’s House Podcast is where real talk happens for teens who are done pretending everything is fine. We dive into the really real… like the widespread sense of loneliness no one wants to talk about, social media pressure, mental health struggles, tech true crime, generational drama, and what it’s like growing up in a digital world that doesn’t always make sense.

Hosted by Big Mama (she gets it) with rotating teen co-hosts, each episode brings laughs, truth, and real advice you can actually use. Bonus: we drop extra tools and resources every time to help you deal with life’s chaos.

This isn’t just another “don’t text strangers” lecture. It’s smart, funny, and packed with tools to help you stay safe and stay you both IRL and online. Big Mama’s House Podcast is built for teens, but also trusted by parents, educators, and schools who want to understand what today’s digital risks really look like … from the inside.

Compromising Positions – A Technology Podcast

The award-winning tech podcast that asks : "Are we the ones breaking the world?"

Most tech podcasts are an echo chamber for builders. We step outside. We talk to the observers, the social scientists, and the deep thinkers who study the friction we create and the human systems we disrupt.

Lianne Potter and Jeff Watkins strip away the industry fluff and pit academic research against the harsh reality of real organisations and real human incentives.

We don’t just talk about AI, security, and automation; we explore the unintended consequences of our own "elegant" solutions.

We’re here to look at tech through a different lens and ask the uncomfortable questions that the industry usually avoids. Because if you’ve built a system that has become everyone else's problem, you have to ask:

"Am I the compromising position here?"

Fund/Build/Scale

After working for years in early-stage startups and as a journalist, here are three hard truths I’ve learned:
/>1. Success in Silicon Valley hinges on connections, hard work and luck.
2. Startups often fail because founders lack fundamental business knowledge.
3. Real, actionable advice comes from those who’ve actually done it.

There’s no such thing as “founder DNA.” If you’re willing to take on risk and invest years of your life in something that has maybe a 10% chance of paying off — less if you’re a woman or person of color — you can be a startup founder.

Here’s why I founded Fund/Build/Scale:

1. To help founders make fewer mistakes.
2. To share successful strategies that can accelerate your go-to-market journey.
3. To inspire more people to see themselves as potential founders. There’s a lot of overlooked talent out there, and we are missing out.

This podcast is for anyone who’s interested in learning the basic skills required to launch a startup, secure initial funding and transform an idea into a sustainable business.

I’m talking to guests about everything: finding a co-founder, conducting customer discovery, recruiting early employees, developing a PLG strategy, fundraising when you’re outside a major tech hub — all of it.

Interested? Subscribe to Fund/Build/Scale on all major platforms and follow the podcast on LinkedIn to get articles, excerpts, transcripts and more.

Fund/Build/Scale is a production of Truth and Soul Media LLC.
