bioralbiaural’s podcast

This is Bioral. I'm Dr. Djibo Zanzot, and I teach biology at Auburn University. I also love podcasts, but I've felt that topics in biology would be difficult to convey in a podcast format because I teach in a very visual way. Then I thought, maybe that's the hook. Maybe the challenge is to have a conversation with no pictures, no Powerpoint, and no hand gestures. In each episode, I will be talking with another person, about biology or something biology adjacent, at least that will be the starting point. It will be a dialogue, thus bi-oral, two mouths. When you are listening, you will be using your two ears, thus bi-aural. (ok, binaural is the word that exists, but I like the Double entendre), and as such, it will be IN STEREO. This is Biaural.
