Unraveling Education w/Danielle Ford

🎙 Welcome to Unraveling Education – where we pull back the curtain on school district politics, power plays, and public education profiteering.

I’m Danielle Ford, former Trustee of the Clark County School District (CCSD)—the fifth-largest school district in the nation—and now a Nevada State Board of Education member.

Over the years, I’ve had a front-row seat to billions of dollars in spending, political backroom deals, and strategic corruption happening not just in CCSD, but across public education. And trust me—this is a story worth telling.

⚡ But let’s be clear—I’m not here to tear down public education. I’m an advocate for ethical reform, accountability, and policies that actually serve students, educators, and communities. Exposing corruption isn’t about destroying the system—it’s about making it work the way it should.

🎭 What to Expect:

📖 Storytime Episodes – These are the heart of the podcast. I share firsthand experiences from my time on the board, the unexpected twists, the battles fought, and the lessons learned.

🔍 Deep Dives & Investigations – Following the money, exposing shady deals, and connecting the dots behind the scenes.

🎙 Interviews & Expert Insights – From whistleblowers to educators, we bring in key voices to help uncover what’s really happening in education.

Where to Start?

Jump in wherever you like—but if you want the full story, the Storytime episodes are where it all unfolds. Whether you start from Season 1’s “Diary of a New School Board Trustee” for a first-hand look into school boards and governance corruption or dive straight into Season 2’s Pandemic-themed episodes, you’ll get a binge-worthy breakdown of what’s really happening in public education.

Join the Movement. Stay Informed. Help Unravel the Truth.

Creepy Places

There are places where the world’s most gruesome crimes have led to years, decades, and sometimes even centuries of supernatural activity, the victims seemingly reaching out from beyond the grave for justice. Those places are in Creepy Places: A True Crime Podcast, and I am your host, Jon Grilz. Our journey will take us across the world from the Carpathian Mountains to the heartland of the United States and through six centuries of true crime. The echoes of these crimes can still be heard in the buildings in which they occurred, the objects used in each kill, and in the pop culture legacy they have left behind. Many of our tales are now the stuff of legend, passed down from generation to generation. Others are so fresh the blood is not yet even dry. New episodes every other week. Circular Letter

The Circular Letter presents the history of New Jersey Gun Control Law as it applies to "the Nation historical tradition of firearms regulation" and the constitutionality of the current Gun Control Laws. In Circular Letter 1, the evidence of Internal Political Power struggle between the traditional Sheriffs and the newly founded Police Departments prove that the 1924 Carry Permit Law did not "bear on the wisdom of the legislators."

WHO IS SHERLOCK HOMEBOY?
Sherlock Homeboy is unique compared to an average human, but he is not a “high-functioning sociopath.” Sherlock Homeboy most likely suffers from Asperger's Syndrome, a minor case of Bipolar Disorder, and a hint of Savant Syndrome. Asperger's Syndrome causes Sherlock Homeboy to think in pictures. He is extremely antisocial, also classified as aromantic and sapiosexual, never has love affairs and shuns society, with a split personality. Sherlock Homeboy is not just a outside of the box thinker, but a mystery himself. Aside from his obvious inability to behave in a social settings, his obvious lack of regard for the rules there is also the fact that his skills are not infallible. In real life, Sherlock Homeboy's eccentricities, standoffish personality, and bad habits could make anyone wary of him. Yet, if Sherlock Homeboy were any less eccentric and equally talented, he would become unrelatable from an audience perspective, as no one can claim to be a flawless genius. In actuality Sherlock Homeboy is no more flawed then his fictional counterpart and therefore should be treated accordingly.
