In his own words, Yogi is a storyteller seeking and uncovering the humanity in sports around the world. Yogi is a Pac-12 Networks college football analyst, Emmy award-winning Filmmaker, Scholar, New York Times Best-Selling Author, accomplished Coach, Motivational Speaker, Media Personality, Radio and podcast Host, and World-Traveler. The list of award winning projects in print, film, TV, and radio that Yogi has worked on is too long to run through which is a testament in itself to the depth of work Yogi has created in his career so far. Once upon a time Yogi walked on the football team at Pitt, before earning a full scholarship. After school he transitioned to coaching where he joined Pete Carroll's coaching staff at USC who he credits often as a major mentor and influence in his life. It wasn't until four years into his coaching career that Yogi realized that his love for the game ran deeper than coaching on the sidelines, and he discovered that his true passion was found in going deeper, in storytelling and connecting with others around the world and the rest is history. Yogi is equal parts calm, cool, and confident with an undeniable charisma and a fun, open, and inviting personality. He's a deep thinker with a great perspective on life and has a true gift of articulating his message.. a true storyteller. Above it all he's an incredible man, husband, and father, and it was an honor to host him on the show.
