Dan Aldridge is currently the Managing Partner for Asbury Investor Relations (AIR). He is also the President of the National Investor Relations Institute for the Southeast and has been on the board of directors for the past five years. He was formerly the Senior Director of Investor Relations (IR) for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where he was responsible for managing the company’s relationships with the investment community, and creating and disseminating all financial communications, including the company’s strategy and vision. Prior to ICE, Dan led the Investor Relations function for CF Industries, INC., based in Chicago, IL.

Prior to CF, Dan helped lead the IR department at The Home Depot and had leadership roles in their internal audit/consulting and FP&A functions for over seven years. Dan started his career at UPS where he had increasing levels of responsibility in the Internal audit, and FP&A departments, including M&A. Dan is a graduate of The University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a BA and Masters degrees in Accounting. Bruce Bourgeau is the founder of B2 Marketing Solutions. He was born and raised in Canada, and presently lives in Northern, Ontario. He started his career with the Provincial Government immediately after graduating college from Trent University with a BSc in Environmental Science, and he started as a “Fish Technician” for the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Shortly after that, Bruce started his career with the Ministry of Environment as a Wastewater Technician. He then transferred to his present location and earned his Water Treatment license, where he continued his career with the Provincial Government as a Water and Wastewater Operator. Then, he left the Provincial Government and started his next career in the private sector as an environmental technician for a local firm.

In 2020, he left Detour Gold and became an entrepreneur, where he started his current career as an Affiliate Marketer. That is how he created his own marketing consulting agency, under Umbrella Local as “B2 Marketing Solutions”.

Jessica Starks is the President of Transworld Business Advisors of Lansing. Starks received her Bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance.

Before starting her own business, she gained experience at a public accounting firm, sales with a payroll company, followed by 10 years in business banking. As her banking career advanced, she was financing buyers acquiring businesses.

Jessica realized she wanted to help business owners exit their business. She found that baby boomers did not know where to turn when wanting to retire. Although she thought of mostly baby boomers, she realized that other business owners needed to exit their business as well. She wanted to give them an outlet to sell what they have worked so hard to create while leaving a legacy.
