Ep 210: Digging Ditches for Your Breakthrough with Bianca Juarez Sep 21, 2026
    Show notes

Have you found yourself praying fervently and working endlessly, but you're still waiting in the dry season for your breakthrough?

In this episode, I'm taking you deep into 2 Kings chapter 3 and the powerful story of Elisha to show you what it really means to dig ditches in faith. We often talk about wanting God's sudden miracles, but every biblical "suddenly" comes from working diligently and praying fervently. When you make room for God through radical obedience and passionate worship, you prepare your ground to hold the living waters He is about to pour out.

God is a "do it right now" God, but He asks us to grab a shovel first! Even when there is no rain in sight, God will fill the ditches if we have the faith to prepare for revival. I want to encourage you to step into action, trust Him with the small matters, and get ready for the big miracles He has planned for your life.

If your heart is stirred, don't keep it to yourself! Like, subscribe, and leave a review on your favorite podcast platform. Take a screenshot of you listening, share it on your Instagram Stories, and tag @biancajuarezofficial so I can repost and celebrate your breakthrough with you!

    Love you,

Ep 209: Necessary Endings: Why Knowing When to Leave is Key to Growth with Amy Ayala and Bianca Juarez Sep 07, 2026
    Show notes

Are you just winging it, hoping no one notices you haven’t actually mastered the art of receiving feedback yet? If you’re tired of the "performative" stuff and ready for real, gut-level growth, this episode is your wake-up call.

In this episode, Amy and I tackle the topic that makes most of us want to run and hide: feedback. We’re getting real about why we treat correction like a punishment instead of the golden ticket for personal and leadership development that it actually is. Whether you’re leading a ministry team or just trying to navigate your own personal growth, learning how to debrief and receive honest input is non-negotiable if you want to reach your full potential.

We also dive deep into the messy, beautiful reality of mentorship transitions. Knowing when to start, when to stay, and—most importantly—when to end a mentorship well is an art form. We’re stripping away the ego, getting practical about communication, and talking about how to create a culture where people don’t just survive, they transform. It’s time to stop shrinking and start growing.

Let’s keep this conversation going! If this episode hit home, I want to hear about it. Screenshot this episode, tag @amylynnettee and me @biancajuarezofficial, and share your biggest takeaway on your Stories! Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and drop a review - it helps us get this message of transformation into more hands.

Ep 207: Leaving and Leading Well | The Mess of Mentoring Series Day 4 with Amy Ayala and Bianca Juarez Aug 24, 2026
    Show notes

Want to learn how to leave a leadership role without burning bridges?

I’ve learned the hard way that transitioning in ministry isn’t just about the "next thing"- it’s about how we honor the "now thing." In this episode, Amy and I sit down to get real about the messy, beautiful journey of mentorship and leadership development. We’re sharing our own stories of growth, grief, and the lessons we’ve picked up along the way.

If you’re searching for a mentor or trying to figure out how to pour into the leaders rising up around you, we made this for you. We’re walking through the practical, heart-level steps to honoring your past while stepping boldly into your future.

I often think about how every community has its own unique sound. Learning to lead isn’t about changing that sound to match yours; it’s about learning to honor the harmony that was there before you arrived. I want to help you process the mixed emotions of transition so you can lead with a clear heart.

If you found something to hold onto throughout this mentoring series, tag @biancajuarezofficial and @amylynnettee on social media to let us know. We would love to continue the conversation there. We hope you leave feeling a little more equipped and encouraged.

Ep 206: Stop Avoiding the Hard Talk / The Mess of Mentoring Series Day 3 with Amy Ayala and Bianca Juarez Aug 17, 2026
    Show notes

Is the fear of damaging a relationship stopping you from having a difficult conversation? I’ve been there, and I know how isolating that tension can feel. But here is the truth: wounds from a friend can be trusted, and real growth only happens when we’re willing to go there.

In this episode, Amy and I are pulling back the curtain on what it really looks like to lead, mentor, and disciple in the messy reality of ministry. We’re talking about the "relational collateral" required to speak truth into someone’s life and how to correct in love without crushing their spirit. Whether you’re navigating past trauma that’s showing up in your leadership or learning how to handle a tough sermon critique, this conversation is for you. It’s time we stop settling for surface-level peace and start pursuing the spiritual maturity that comes through honest, grace-filled accountability.

If this episode challenged or encouraged you, tag @biancajuarezofficial and @amylynnettee on social media. Don’t forget to subscribe and drop a comment sharing one way you’re choosing growth over comfort this week.

    Let’s keep going there together!

Ep 205: Finding a Mentor / The Mess of Mentoring Series Day 2 with Amy Ayala and Bianca Juarez Aug 10, 2026
    Show notes

Finding a mentor often brings immense pressure, especially when you realize you have no idea what you’re actually looking for - or worse, who to trust with your growth. If you’ve ever felt the tension of wanting to grow as a leader but feeling stuck, this episode is for you.

In Day 2 of our mentoring series, Amy Ayala and I went deep into the "heart" of mentorship. It’s not just about who has the biggest platform or the most followers on social media; it’s about character, resilience, and that prophetic "X-factor" that you can't teach. Amy and I talked openly about the importance of being "seen" by a mentor and why loyalty, honor, and the willingness to put in the "reps" are what actually prepare you for your next season.

Whether you are looking to be mentored or you are ready to start pouring into someone else, we’re breaking down what it actually looks like to lead well. You cannot be what you don’t see, so let’s talk about how to open your eyes to the right potential.

Bonus Episode: Suddenly | Preparing for a Move of God | Revere Church and Bianca Juarez Jul 28, 2026
    Show notes

Have you ever been walking in obedience—serving, tithing, leading—but felt like your soul was parched? Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, drowning, or just stuck in a lackluster season of faith.

Friend, I have a promise for you: You don’t have to live there anymore.

In this bonus episode, I’m getting real about the power of the Holy Spirit. We’re moving past just knowing the doctrine to actually living the life of power that God intended for us. From the history of revival to the promises in Joel 2, we’re looking at how God breathes life into dry places.

If you are hungry for an encounter that goes beyond the surface, this is for you. We’re tearing down the fear of being "labeled" and stepping into the Naturally Supernatural life.

Join the movement! I want to set the table for you to encounter God in a radical way. I’m inviting you to join us for our upcoming gathering: The Suddenly Experience.

Inspired by the "suddenly" move of God in Acts 2, we are gathering teachers, worship leaders, and hungry believers on October 3rd to wait on God and expect Him to move.

Mark your calendars for October 3rd. Get all the details and secure your spot at: suddenlyexperience.com. Follow @revere.church to stay in the know.

You were made for more than just going through the motions.

    Love you,

    B

Ep 202: Offense vs Freedom: Reclaiming Your Peace with April and Micahn Carter and Bianca Juarez Jun 15, 2026
    Show notes

Have you ever felt the weight of an offense sitting in your chest like a stone, keeping you from the peace you know you’re meant to carry?

In this episode I sit down with Pastors April and Micahn Carter to get real about the "spirit of offense." We’re cutting through the noise to expose how holding onto hurt isn't just a spiritual issue, it's a physical and relational cage. If you’ve been feeling isolated, exhausted, or stuck, this conversation is your key to freedom.

We’re breaking down the roots of bitterness and bringing you the spiritual tools to walk in true liberation. In this episode, we dive into:

The Roots of Bitterness: Micahn pulls back the curtain on why we get offended—often it's the entitlement, the embarrassment, or the unrealistic expectations we hold over others.

The "Proximity" Trap: Why the people closest to us; our church family, our familia, our dearest friends; are the ones who wound us the deepest.

Decisional vs. Emotional Forgiveness: We aren't just talking about saying "I forgive you." We’re teaching you the difference between the choice to let go of revenge and the daily work of replacing resentment with compassion.

Prayer as an Anointing: Learn why it is impossible to stay angry when you are actively, fervently praying for the very people who hurt you.

Owning Your Story: True healing starts when we realize we’ve all been the offender at some point. We discuss how to swallow our pride, listen to the pain behind the conflict, and walk in grace.

Grab your Bible, get a cup of coffee, and join @michancarter, @therealaprilcarter and me @biancajuarezofficial as we choose freedom over bondage.

Listen, subscribe, and share this with someone who needs to hear that they don't have to carry this burden any longer.

    Love you,

    B
