My next guest is my all time favorite CrossFit athlete, Dan Goldberg. Our relationship dates back to 2012 when I walked into his gym feeling pretty cocky and left feeling broken and defeated. He was a great coach over the years, an amazing athlete and an even better person. I am stoked to have him on the show!

My next guest is a new friend of mine . I had the pleasure of getting to know Joe and hearing all about his crazy life. He is a former NCAA swimmer and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner. He’s also the father of twin boys which is probably the craziest shit he has ever been a part of!
