When Your Wardrobe Doesn’t Feel Like You Oct 20, 2026
    Show notes

Your personal style is supposed to be an expression of who you are, but what happens when your wardrobe is still reflecting who you used to be? Or when you've never really figured out what your personal style is in the first place?

A lot of women focus on learning and following all the rules, thinking that if they can just figure out what fits, what's flattering, and how to put outfits together, they'll finally be one of those women who looks like she was born with great style. But there's another piece most women overlook, and that's having a clear sense of how you want to look. Whether you've never really developed your personal style or the style you once loved doesn't feel like you anymore, the result is often the same: a closet full of clothes that leaves you wanting something more.

In this episode, we're talking about how to figure out what's missing, how to develop or redefine your personal style, and how to make your wardrobe reflect who you are without starting over from scratch.

    What You'll Learn:

    • The difference between personal style, good style, and great style
    • The word that instantly kills your personal style
    • How to tell if personal style is the wardrobe problem that needs fixing
    • Common personal style mistakes that leave your wardrobe cluttered and your wallet empty

Five Lessons from Overhauling My Wardrobe Oct 06, 2026
    Show notes

Over the last two years, I’ve rebuilt almost my entire wardrobe, from underwear to outerwear. I’ve helped women navigate wardrobe changes for decades, but doing it myself gave me a whole new appreciation for the process. Along the way, I’ve learned a few things.

I’ve been helping women create fabulous, functional wardrobes for decades, and I’ve helped lots of them start from scratch. But it turns out, it’s a little different when it’s your own closet. Over the last two years, I’ve had lots of opportunities to take my own advice, rethink some of my habits, and be reminded why I teach the things I do. In this episode, I’m sharing five lessons from completely overhauling my wardrobe, and what I’ve learned from being on the other side of a wardrobe makeover.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • Why starting over isn’t nearly as fun as it sounds
    • The best way to save money when your wardrobe is in flux
    • How to make sure your "fresh start" doesn’t leave you with a closet full of the same old issues
    • Five questions to ask when you’re deciding whether to hang on, or let go

It’s time to stop making style harder than it should be, and learn the skills that make it easy. Join me for my free live workshop, Style Made Simple. youreverydaystyle.com/simple

Death, Taxes, & Great Style Sep 22, 2026
    Show notes

As women, we know life is all about changes: from our bodies, to the trends, to our lifestyles, these upheavals can wreak havoc on our closets, our wallets, and our psyches. Life is uncertain, but your style doesn’t have to be. This semester, we’re digging into all the changes life throws at us, and talking about how to navigate each one so great style can be as certain as death and taxes.

All season long, I’ll be sharing stories of clients who struggled to dress through body changes, career changes, lifestyle shifts, and simply getting older. In this kickoff episode, I’m talking about the mindset part of change, because that’s really where it all starts, and how you think about change determines your ability to handle it well, and there’s nothing you can buy that will overcome what you think.
    In this episode, you’ll discover:

    • The biggest reasons we hang on to clothes that no longer serve us
    • Why reframing how you think about your clothes, and your wardrobe, matters
    • How your wardrobe can be a tool to help navigate change, or can make it more difficult
    • Three mindset shifts that will make any kind of change easier to navigate

    Show notes

The Everyday Style School is back from summer vacation with a look at what all the cool girls (that’s you!) will be wearing this season. As always, there are tons of runway trends being talked about, but in this episode I’m covering a few of the Fall 2026 Trends you’ll actually see in stores this season. We’re talking about the colors that are big, the biggest trend in denim, a couple of accessories you’ll see everywhere, and the Fall 2026 detail I’m obsessed with.
Plus, we dive into how to wear the trends. From how to make low-effort trends like color look like an actual trend, to how to put more fashion-forward pieces into your wardrobe without looking silly, the way you style your new pieces is just as important as the pieces you buy.
    In this episode, you’ll discover:

    • Three colors that are having a moment in Fall 2026
    • 5 ways to make color stand out and look on-trend
    • The jeans I’m investing in this season
