Back in your pod feeds after a long strange trip over the last 2+ years. The titular Garrett Titlebaum is settled into a new comedy home base in Cincinnati, OH and made some great friends along the way.
Joined by stand up, Spencer Domolky and artist, Sadie Mae, each week this summer, the trio breakdown and discuss all things Dead & Co. 2022 summer tour. I missed podcasting and have spent the last two years getting deep into the catalog of the Grateful Dead.
If you give it a listen, let me know. Soft launching in the old feed to recap the first two shows while we work out artwork, interstitial music and possibly a new feed. A fun 8 weeks of great music and friendship ahead for those that have been missing Nice2See in their podcast feeds.

If you live in Pittsburgh, go check out Spencer tonight 6/16/22 at Bryant Street Barbershop’s Comedy Show headlined by Ran Barnaclo and hosted by friend’s of the pod, Shannon Norman & Senneca Stone.

Our first chat (Episode 74) has been one of the most listened to conversations in the history of the show so on his way to record the final trilogy chapter, Afro Bebop. I was glad to get into another great dialoge with my friend Terry Jones.

It’s nearly 2 hours long, but when you get the man talking about the things he loves like faith, family, comedy, Kanye and cartoons its bound to go in a few wonderful directions.

Don’t miss out on seeing Terry live in Pittsburgh whenever you can, including the monthly show he produces at the Pittsburgh Improv with Senneca Stone.

Episode 183 - Matt Parsons ft. Senneca Stone Nov 09, 2019
    Show notes

What a great way to close out October. I got to spend about 45 minutes one on one with Matt Parsons discussing his first two years in comedy from hosting two South Side mics, to his time serving in the Army and how recent sets have been going while dealing with some new shifts to his life this year.

Then for the next 45 minuets we’re joined on mic by friend of the podcast Senneca Stone while he was waiting for his time on stage at Hambone’s Tuesday music mic. It was a great chance to bring their voices together on a nice fall night.

Episode 182 - “Off the Deep End” w/ Shannon Norman Oct 26, 2019
Show notes Garrett Titlebaum: It's Nice To See He's Working RSS

Hey Beautiful Baumshells - I was traveling last week for the day job, so I dipped back into the archives and found the pilot episode from Shannon Norman’s podcast show that never made it to the internet… until now.

In this pilot, Shannon talks with a guest (me) about music that influenced their lives. We dig into one of the first artist to influence me, Weird Al Yankovic. “I loved me some parody songs”.

Fun fact; In this episode, you can find out what Album I lost my virginity to, thankfully, it was not “Weird Al”.

I’ll be closing out a show at Red’s barbershop that Shannon is hosting on November 2, 2019 so if you enjoy our wonderful banter from 2016 than you should join us in person in the not too distant future for some new jokes and fresh cuts.

As he prepares for the release of his new record on October 26, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Sam Stucky to discuss his songwriting process, performing and promoting, his passion for the outdoors and finding the balance between a variety of favored ideals.

The episode features the first two singles from his upcoming project, Stay Standing before our chat and Pomegranate after. Enjoy the conversation and make sure to pick up the album online or stream where ever you listen to music.

Great to dig into some of my favorite topics with this week’s guest John Evans; comedy, family, baseball, music, and nostalgia. John’s been making people laugh all over the country for the last 20 years, and while doing so has amassed quite a collection of memorabilia and stories. We dig into his three years of sobriety and then discuss his new Brentwood store, Funky Junk before jumping into baseball, Midwest cities and finally jokes.

A great conversation that I hope you’ll all enjoy!

    Episode 179 - Alex Coyne III Oct 02, 2019
Show notes Garrett Titlebaum: It's Nice To See He's Working RSS

My good friend Alex is as focused as ever on his comedy. We catch up ahead of his weekend show in Erie appearing with funny man Sam Tallent. We talk about his change in focus and approach since taking a hard L during his first chance to open for Sam during the Burning Bridges Comedy Club’s opening weekend.

Coyne has been moving further into helping grow the scene by producing a great comedy showcase at Civilization PGH in Lawrenceville. In this episode we talk about several things, his first set in front of his father, the removal of cannabis from his daily doings, his attempts to refocus his energies towards becoming a stronger comic, and a better didgeridoo player.

Check out the @youngthoughtdoctor on Instagram. See stories about some fantastic George Straight singalongs, positive messaging on grinding through hardships, and some beautiful toe-tapping didg classics.

Bubble Boy: The Musical marked a new endeavor for our dear friend Jerome Fitzgerald which is a scripted musical comedy. The Long-time improviser and sketch darling hopped on mic heading into his final weekend at Arcade’s first-ever scripted musical, which I was lucky enough to catch.

Find out about the Top 10 Thanksgiving foods and other works this year with The Justin & Jerome Experience (Episode 18), Warp Zone’s retirement run, and Improv Festival shows with Alex O’Brien.
