Sohee Lee is a Physique Transformation Coach for Women, Author, CISSN, CSCS, and most recently she has finished her Master’s in Psychology with a focus on Eating Behavior. Trust me, she is extremely smart, and is not done yet!
Sohee has helped countless people create life long results by focusing on the underlying behaviors to make effortless eating a part of their life. She is a successful author, transformation coach, and even owns a private studio in San Diego where she stays on top of her skill set by also working hands-on with clients.
