The name is also the title of a book by author Dr. Karen Garst, Women Beyond Belief: Discovering Life Without Religion. The podcast is a platform for women to express the frustrations, anger and loneliness they find when they exit religion. It is for any woman who is de-converting and finding freedom outside the walls of the church. It can open up doors of opportunity for women who were from religious backgrounds where women’s voices were suppressed.
