Episode 127: When you struggle, you are training
“When you struggle, you are training.” This is training, not exercising. Therefore, it should be uncomfortable and difficult. It should require a certain willpower to do things you prefer not to. ‘Training’ is in the struggle: the struggle to wake up early, the struggle to prioritize our days, the struggle to get it done after a long day of work, the struggle to prepare our weekend to get it all in. ‘Exercising,’ by contrast, is comfortable, rarely is there a struggle. We know we should, therefore we do what we need to, what comes to mind, what we ‘like,’ enjoy, what does not require a struggle.
