Brought to you by The American Hot Rod Foundation, this episode of "The Rodcast" lets you listen in on 87 year old hot rod and racing legend Willie Davis as he takes you through his amazing life and career as a racing driver, engine builder, and car builder. Davis would set an FIA record in 1952 at the Bonneville salt flats with a home made streamliner that would take away the records set by the German Auto Union race cars of Hitler's Nazi regime. He would then go on to conquer the USAC Sprint Car circuit and eventually make his way to the Indianapolis 500.
