“It Sounded Like The Predator” | Leslie’s Encounters in British Columbia And East Texas

Bent steel fence posts. Heavy blows against a backyard fence. And a strange clicking sound in the Canadian wilderness that reminded one witness of Predator. In this episode, Leslie from Texas shares a series of unexplained experiences that began in East Texas at a site she describes as an Indigenous burial ground. While there with a group, she heard what sounded like large animals moving nearby; sounds they initially assumed were cattle. Leslie also recounts unusual activity at her home in a busy, populated area, including bent steel fence posts with no tire tracks or obvious signs of human involvement. After discovering the damage, she says she began hearing something striking her backyard fence with what sounded like the force of a full-grown man. The conversation then takes us to British Columbia, where Leslie joined a research trip and describes hearing wood knocks, finding what she believed were Sasquatch footprints, and encountering a robotic clicking sound she attributed to an unseen creature. Michael and his family stopped at Wisconsin’s Lake Wazee to camp, fish, and enjoy nature. What followed was a series of experiences he still struggles to explain. An unusual absence of wildlife gave way to a horrifying dream of a strange hominid watching his family. The following night, his daughter suffered nightmares of her own. Michael recalls heavy breathing from the tree line, an urgent thought telling him to leave, and a sense that something terrible could happen if they stayed. By morning, he noticed a strange disturbance in the snow and marks along the side of their tent. On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Kalinna, who grew up in Oregon and has experienced strange and unexplained activity throughout much of her life. As a child, Kalinna remembers her grandparents warning her about the “wood boogers” living in the forest and telling her not to venture outside at night. Later in life, after spending years around the forests of Oregon and being married to a logger, she began noticing things she couldn't easily explain. Kalinna discovered unusual teepee-like structures in the forest and large bedding areas that didn't resemble typical deer, elk, or bear beds. She also began experiencing powerful physical sensations in certain locations, describing vibrations throughout her body and an overwhelming feeling that something was nearby. At one home, strange noises could be heard outside at night. Pebbles appeared to strike the roof, and her dogs would become frightened and shake as if something was lurking outside. Kalinna eventually felt so uncomfortable that they left the area. But one of her most disturbing experiences occurred near Brookings, Oregon. While living in a bus, Kalinna woke around 2 or 3 a.m. to find her dogs terrified and alerting to something outside. When she looked out, she says she saw a strange face staring back at her. She described its skin as extremely dark and mummy-like, with pointed-looking teeth. At the same time, she perceived a strange, choppy voice that seemed to say, “Let me in.” Kalinna refused. She says the creature's expression quickly changed from a smile to anger. The following morning, she discovered an unusual green stone sitting on the steps of the bus. Her experiences didn't stop there.Kalinna recalls eerie silence in the Oregon forests, strange lights between the trees, unusual whistles and vocalizations, an encounter near Cave Junction, frightening sensations around caves and rock formations, and an incident in which her horse suddenly panicked and ran approximately four miles back home. Years later, after moving to Georgia, Kalinna says she began seeing strange lights again and wonders whether some aspect of the unexplained activity followed her. In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Meg from California about a series of strange experiences at a remote cabin near Highway 108. The activity began when Meg heard an incredibly loud slap against the house. At first, they tried to find a normal explanation for what had happened, but the incidents continued. Meg eventually discovered a rock circle and what appeared to be a small juvenile Bigfoot footprint nearby. Curious about what might be living around the property, Meg began gifting. She left cookies outside, and when she returned, she discovered a mushroom placed on the stump. Later, a feather mysteriously appeared on the front porch. Meg also discovered unusual tree structures throughout the area and began experimenting with wood knocks and rock clacking. On multiple occasions, she believes something in the surrounding woods responded. She experienced rocks being thrown, heard whistles during the night, and sometimes small rocks would strike the cabin window. One of her most unsettling experiences occurred when she heard what sounded like someone calling “Mom” from the woods. The voice reminded her of her daughter—but her daughter wasn’t there. Shortly afterward, Meg heard strange chatter that sounded female. The property also has fruit trees, and Meg noticed that large amounts of fruit could seemingly disappear overnight. She believes the food source may be one reason for the continued activity around the cabin. Then came a possible visual encounter. Meg saw a strange figure pass in front of a window and estimated it to be approximately seven feet tall. Could a family of Sasquatch be repeatedly visiting this remote California property? BIGFOOT GRABBED MY VEHICLE! | A TERRIFYING BIGFOOT ENCOUNTER NEAR NASA IN MISSISSIPPI

In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Jason, a professional truck driver who shares a terrifying encounter that took place in Mississippi near the NASA Stennis Space Center in November of 2019. Around 3:00 a.m., Jason was driving his car back toward Mississippi under a bright full moon when he noticed something strange standing in the middle of the road. At first, it appeared to be a person walking back and forth. As Jason got closer, he thought it looked almost like someone wearing a ghillie suit—but what he was about to experience convinced him that this was no ordinary person. Jason watched the creature repeatedly look toward him and then turn and look behind itself. As Jason passed, the creature suddenly lunged toward his car and made contact with the vehicle. Jason looked out his window and saw the creature standing right beside his car. He says the force of the encounter threw his vehicle to the side, and afterward his car was knocked out of alignment. Jason also believes he saw a smaller creature cross the road shortly after encountering the larger one. Looking back on the experience, he wonders if the larger creature kept looking behind itself because it was watching or protecting a juvenile. He also remembers the creature moving with incredible speed and says one of its steps or leaps appeared to cover approximately 20 feet. The encounter had a lasting effect on Jason, and he experienced nightmares for a long time afterward. TENNESSEE MAN FINDS A GIANT FOOTPRINT PRESERVED IN STONE | THEY FOLLOWED ME HOME

On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Dale from Tennessee about a series of unexplained encounters that have occurred around his home and in the surrounding countryside. Over the years, Dale has experienced rocks being thrown at him in the forest, strange sounds around his cabin, and several possible sightings. While returning home from work one evening, he spotted a mysterious solid-white figure that reminded him of Bigfoot, although he was never able to fully identify what he had seen. Months after another unsettling experience in the country, Dale witnessed a huge brown creature walking across a field. When the creature apparently noticed it had been seen, it suddenly dropped to the ground. Dale also remembers a powerful musky odor resembling old urine and later heard bizarre chatter that reminded him of an old record skipping. His girlfriend would eventually report seeing a brown creature peeking from behind the trees before hiding and moving away. Dale believes these creatures may migrate through the area, but one discovery raises an even bigger mystery. Near a lake in Tennessee, Dale found a roughly 75-pound rock containing what appears to be a massive footprint measuring more than 14 inches long and approximately 5 inches wide. Was this impression created by a person, an ancient giant, a Sasquatch or something else entirely? Scotty and his brother were using the Randonautica app when it led them to a precise GPS location, and within minutes they began hearing unexplained giggling, echoing laughter that sounded unnatural, and a terrifying scream so powerful it vibrated through their bodies and vehicle. In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview James about a terrifying encounter he experienced in upstate South Carolina near Lake Robinson, Greer, Spartanburg, and the Paris Mountain area. The encounter happened in September 2024, shortly after a powerful hurricane had moved through the region. With widespread power outages leaving the area unusually dark and quiet, James was riding his e-bike home from a friend’s house at approximately 1:00 a.m. As he rounded a turn near Lake Robinson, James was suddenly overwhelmed by a horrible musky odor. He then heard something massive moving through the nearby woods. James is a former hunter and was familiar with the sounds of whitetail deer, black bears, and other wildlife found throughout South Carolina. Whatever was moving through the woods that night did not sound familiar to him. Then his phone suddenly went off. Moments later, a terrifying scream erupted from the darkness. James describes the vocalization as unlike anything he had ever heard before. The sheer power of the scream rattled his entire body, and he could physically feel it in his chest. For a moment, James says his body completely locked up. He instinctively lowered himself before finally beginning to pedal as fast as he could to escape the area. In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview John from Missouri, who grew up hunting the rugged backcountry of New Mexico. John shares a series of disturbing experiences that began during a mule deer hunt in January 2021. While traveling deep into the National Forest on a 4x4 trail, John and his hunting party discovered strange, human-like scat and large footprints. Even more unsettling, some of the tracks appeared inside their fresh tire tracks, suggesting that whatever made them had crossed the trail after they arrived. The tracks eventually led toward the area where they had parked their truck. Later, they discovered that a log had been rolled into the road—and similar tracks were found nearby. Months later, John returned to the same region for another hunt. While quietly making his way down a trail before daylight, he began hearing rocks sliding, trees shaking, and something large moving along the mountainside. At first, he suspected elk. Then objects began flying toward him. They were rocks. As John attempted to figure out what was happening, he describes the atmosphere suddenly becoming extremely heavy and unnatural. Looking toward the hillside, John eventually spotted what he believed was a Sasquatch moving in the distance and attempted to zoom in on it with his phone. Two days later, John returned to the same location after spotting a group of mule deer bucks in the area. This time, the encounter became even stranger. John says he began experiencing thoughts that didn't seem like his own. The atmosphere became thick once again, and he describes hearing what sounded like a voice inside his mind telling him, “STOP.” Then he saw a face watching him through the trees. Approximately 80 yards away, John describes seeing what appeared to be a male creature with reddish, leathery-looking skin, thick hair, a pronounced or hooded nose, and unusual pointed ears. John felt that the being was extremely intelligent—and potentially dangerous. Maintaining eye contact, John slowly backed away. In this interview, John takes us deep into the New Mexico wilderness and recounts the tracks, thrown rocks, strange atmosphere, possible telepathic communication, and terrifying face-to-face encounter that left him with a feeling of primal fear.
