How Flock Cameras Cut Beverly Hills Crime 34% Aug 26, 2026
    Show notes

Retired Beverly Hills Police Chief Mark Stainbrook sits down with Your LEO Nation and walks through the system he built after his first night on the job — the night Jacqueline Avant was murdered.

He covers the constitutional fight over Flock cameras and ALPRs, why public streets are not a privacy zone, and how BHPD combined license-plate readers at every entrance, live cameras, and drones into a military-style command center. Stolen-car recoveries jumped from about 50 a year to more than 200. Arrests rose 22%. Career criminals got a “jail card” warning them: come here to steal, and this technology will find you.

Stainbrook also tells the story of a suspect tied to four murders in four days whose plate hit coming into the city — officers were on the car in two minutes, recovered the gun, and ballistics linked the killings. He breaks down audits, two-year video retention, supervisor oversight, fewer bad stops, lower liability, and why 600-plus agencies came to study the model.

Martinez Murder Exposes CA Sanctuary Policies & Soft Judges Aug 15, 2026
    Show notes

A murder in Martinez, California just exposed the real cost of sanctuary policies and soft-on-crime judges.

Mark Garrett breaks down the case, the role California’s sanctuary laws played, how leftist judges repeatedly undermined public safety, and why surveillance tools remain one of law enforcement’s most effective weapons against violent crime. This episode digs into the hard truths about crime prevention when policy and the courtroom work against officers on the street.

Medicaid Fraud Exposed: Home Health Aides Billing From Jail & States’ Lack of Oversight
In this episode of Your LEO Nation, I break down what I see as a growing healthcare fraud epidemic and why I believe President Trump, Vice President Vance, and Acting Attorney General Blanche are right to unleash the DOJ on it. I cover new Pennsylvania charges alleging home health aides and purported Medicaid patients submitted over $400,000 in false claims for care that was never provided, including situations where the “aides” were hospitalized, working other jobs, or even sitting in jail. I also share Dr. Oz’s view that COVID-era spending opened the door to massive fraud and highlight Senate hearing testimony with Senator John Kennedy, including an estimate of $33 billion in Medicaid fraud and my reaction to a Georgetown professor saying he doesn’t believe states are cheating.

Farewell to Sam Faddis — Patriot, Truth Teller, and Friend

America has lost a friend and a patriot, and so have I. Sam Faddis—retired CIA operations officer, frequent guest on this show, and a man who became my friend even though I never met him in person—passed away quietly at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia on the evening of July 25, 2026 with his wife, four children, and family by his side. I read the statement from his family, who asked for privacy and thanked the doctors, medical staff, and all of you for your prayers and support. I first came across Sam through Hillsdale College’s free Imprimis, where he wrote about what had gone wrong at the CIA and how to fix it—brave, objective, and always productive. Sam told the truth about everything, including how to right this ship. We’ll miss him terribly.

NJ MVC Software Error Registered 6,600 Noncitizens to Vote—Why No Prosecutions?
Mark Garrett of Your LEO Nation reacts to a New Jersey press conference with Lieutenant Governor Caldwell and MVC acting chair Rosalie Johnson, where the governor disclosed a serious MVC software error that allegedly improperly registered about 6,600 noncitizens to vote between June 2023 and June 2024, with an initial analysis indicating fewer than 400 of those individuals voted. Garrett says the governor is using “accountability” language while blaming predecessors and Donald Trump, but failed to include any prosecutors on stage and showed no intent to prosecute those who voted illegally—an indictable third-degree offense carrying 3–5 years and up to $15,000 in penalties. He also claims the governor will not share identifying information with the federal government for removal and urges viewers to comment.
